Dont Give Up Yet

Hebrews 10:23
"So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the [a]hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement of it, for He Who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word." (The Amplified Bible)

The faith we have in our Lord Jesus is certainly the most powerful tool. Added with the power of prayer we can do so much that we wouldnt be able to keep count of the miracles God would have it work. The Word of God and His promises are not dreams, they are not fantasies. They WORK all the time. If they dont work it could be because of -lack of faith
-not in agreement with the Word of God
-wrong intent
-the right time hasn't come yet


Many firm believers get beaten down on the last one. They know God has written in His Word and it is promised. They have the faith to believe it too, because they have seen God work it in their life before, however when it takes time to see it come through, many give up. The most common discouragement statements you might hear would be "It won't work", "God does not want that for you", "Are you sure God is listening to you", "Your prayer is not going anywhere"...and many more.

However if you stay connected to the Word of God and His Spirit, you will know that you will know that you will know that all this is just a hoax, because every time you read the Word of God it confirms your prayer especially the prayer of salvation for a loved one. Nothing delights God more than His people reunited to Him. It says in Deuteronomy 10:14 "To the LORD your God belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it. " Remember the story of the prodigal son, how joyful the father was to receive his son. The father waited for his son day and night, yeah how? because he saw his son returning home from a long way. What a joyous reunion it must have been. And so it is for our Lord to meet His long lost sons and daughters. Lets pray that God will send out his labourers to meet his kids wherever they are and let our brothers and sisters know how wonderful our Lord our Father is. So dont give up hope if you have been praying for a loved one because the joy will be great when you see it happen before you.
